We’ll do everything possible to make life easy for you; however,up until the day before your arrival we cannot confirm the exact time. In any case you can leave your luggage at one of our buildings until you can enter your apartment.
The booking cost includes all services (water, electricity, heating) as well as a weekly cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels.
We handover the keys to your apartment between 16:00 and 21:00. At other times you can pick them up at one of our buildings or ask for a personalised handover between 21:00 and 23:00 which will incur an additional cost.
Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out to leave the apartment finishes at 11:00.
No, we’re sorry, with the aim of maintaining the good condition of furniture and upholstery we’ve decided to not allow animals to enter our apartments.
Yes, you can cancel your booking without any cost up to 30 days before your arrival.
To reserve you make a guarantee deposit of 500€. On the day of arrival the rest of the monthly payment is made and from then onwards and successively a monthly payment for accommodation is paid always 15 days in advance.
Important Information
Check-in / Check-out
Entry is from 15.00 and check-out is before 12.00 h. However, if you wish to check-in earlier or check-out later, you can let us know 48 hours before and we’ll do everything possible to adjust to your timetable. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost of 15 € per person.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your booking up to 12:00, 3 days before your arrival. Once that time has passed you will be charged for one night.
Changes are always subject to availability and do so you have to send an email to reservas@60balconies.com.
If you book and don’t show up, we will charge one night and your booking will automatically be cancelled.
Identification of travellers
Only persons shown in the booking may stay at the apartment, for this reason you will be asked to show your ID on arrival.
If there is any kind of anomaly we will take the necessary measures, meaning the loss to any right to make any claims.
Rules during your stay
We want you to feel at home, that’s why we want you to look after the apartment as if it were yours. Please, bear in mind the usual rules for communal living.
